You are responsible for account credentials and all actions performed by users in your workspace.
Comply with all applicable laws. Do not use the Service for harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activities. Do not interfere with Service security or infrastructure. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the Service's underlying software.
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Payments are processed by our payment processor.
Our chat assistant is powered by OpenAI and public EPA/EWG water-quality data sources. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing agent responses and configuration before relying on them in production.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
